Jason Ward

refresh the page if the image does not appearJason Ward’s music has taken its melancholic cologne from 90s alt-rock/grunge pioneers with likes of Radiohead and Soundgarden, though on his latest album Almighty Row, he opts for a quieter corner and therefore refuses to be a prog nor grunge noise-machine but serves us well sounding like a very at-ease and thoughtful Thom Yorke. He established his songs by means of acoustic guitar or piano-driven ballads that give us the blue.

Hailing from Shepherdstown, West Virgina and about to sail off right when the demise of recording industries - unlike ten years ago - is pleasant news, Jason Ward goes with the flow by letting the listeners download his album for free. I told you this would happen!

We handpicked two of our favorites from Almighty Row, but if you need more get the whole 10 track thing right here.
